Aerial Hoop

Aerial Hoop, also known as Lyra or Circeaux, is a circular steel apparatus suspended from the ceiling, on which dancers may perform aerial acrobatics. It provides the perfect frame for an endless variety of balances, tricks and routines. This class gives you the opportunity to learn how to execute them!
